Alexandra is a qualified Kinesiologist and Indian Head Masseur.

The involuntary response in the muscle, enables the practitioner to gather information about your health & life to identify areas of stress and blockages that are impeding your self-healing ability. Personalised sessions are tailored to your unique individual needs. Katie has a Post Graduate Diploma of Yoga Therapy. Adaption of Yoga for therapeutic benefit is Yoga Therapy. Perhaps you would like to manage or improve a particular injury or limitation, or you may have deeper issues like hormonal imbalances, digestive issues or respiratory problems. It may be a desire to delve deeper into your asana, pranayama and meditation practice. Katie will assess your needs and use the tools of yoga to design a practice for you that is fun and will fit in with your lifestyle. Sessions and subsequent plans are tailored to your specific needs. In as little as fifteen minutes a day, a personal practice will assist you in overcoming any limitations you may have and improve your health and well being.
