35hr Trauma Informed yoga teacher training Brisbane

integrating lived experience through embodied practices

“Your biography becomes your biology.” ~ Donna Jackson Nakazawa

OVERVIEW

Join senior experienced yoga teacher, Nicole Sanders, for an introductory journey into trauma informed yoga teaching. Learn how to create and cultivate a safe container for students to reconnect with and befriend their bodies, fostering integrative healing and self-discovery.

This training will provide an introduction to the impact of trauma on the body, brain, nervous system and overall wellbeing, and provide tools for yoga teachers, allied health workers and yoga practitioners to practice and teach with greater trauma awareness and sensitivity and to somatically support integrative healing.

We are delighted to offer our trauma informed yoga teacher training as a 35 hour introductory training for yoga teachers and allied health workers, or as an immersive experience for enthusiastic students wishing to take responsibility for their own healing journey.
