Join us for this nourishing workshop - allowing yourself to slow down, do less and explore how it feels to be rested, relaxed, calm and grounded in your body & mind. 

In our modern-day demanding lives and grind culture, it is all too easy to become overwhelmed and disregulated - leading to stress, anxiety, depression, burnout and illness. This workshop combines the wisdom of western psychology and the ancient teachings of yoga to help you cultivate calm, resilience, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to your own body.

This immersive workshop experience is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, offering practical tools to enhance your emotional well-being and overall health. 

During this informative, embodied offering you will be exploring various tools and techniques to assist with resetting your nervous system that you can weave into your daily life to help manage and take control of your mental health.  

You will learn the importance of breathing (less not more) and how our breath creates positive shifts in our nervous system. We shall explore various breathing & mindfulness practices to calm the mind & body, assist in managing stress levels and enhance emotional resilience.

You will be guided through gentle somatic movements, breathing & mindfulness activities along with Yin yoga - a practice that activates the relaxation response in your nervous system - the slowness and stillness of this practice and inner awareness is key to a regulated nervous system.

Finally you will be guided through an extended savasana - deep relaxation - to allow the fruits of the practice to integrate into your nervous system.

Nicole is an eating disorder, mental health & trauma sensitive informed yoga teacher. She has lived experience with her own mental health issues and all the techniques you will be taught, Nicole uses to manage and control her own mental health.
